Details of this retreat

The True Nature Retreat invites you to immerse yourself into your deepest inner-sense of your being with the transformational intelligence and sensorial connection of Gaia and our beloved plant elder Yarrow.

We’ve created an opportunity for you to devote an entire week to Yarrow, plug into the heart of Gaia, recharge within the crystalline waters of Mt. Shasta, commune with the plant community IN PERSON, and embody your true nature- untamed, wild, and free in the crystalline, luscious, forest of Mount Shasta where some of the most powerful vortex energies live.

It is with deep honor and trust to hold a sacred container meant for you to dive into the magical plant realms with Yarrow & community. To deepen into your inner sense, blossom into your highest self, and celebrate your fullest expression.

If you walk the plant path in anyway, this retreat is a foundational stepping stone for you to deepen into this path with experience, humility, direction, and gratitude.

Are you ready to activate your true nature?

WHAT IS A SACRED PLANT IMMERSION?
A Sacred Plant Immersion (within the True Nature Retreat) is a co-creative container that involves immersing yourself with a specific plant while following a certain diet, protocols, rituals, and ingesting the plant in various forms to cultivate an intimate relationship with and integrate the plants intelligence into your being. We are essentially going on a “monogamous getaway” with a plant elder for 6 days together in community in Mt. Shasta. Harvesting, making medicine, and engaging in various rituals to enliven the spirit of the plant we are working with, while learning various herbalism teachings.

This can lead to profound healings, transformations, initiations, teachings, and evolutionary growth.

By sensitizing the body, rewilding in nature, and simplifying your life, you become more open and can listen more clearly to the spirit of the plant and the plants subtle energetics. The plant can also go deeper into your cellular memory for transformational healing. These ways of sensitizing the body, mind, and spirit are also offerings to the spirit of the plant, showing your humble commitment, devotion, and respect to cultivating a relationship with the plant as an elder.

This ancient traditional way of communing with plants is also a practice for learning the plant language and communicating with the plant realms more clearly.

Plants are seen to have a physical and spiritual body that can act as powerful allies, protectors, healers, teachers, and guides along the journey of life. We call upon the plants as our elders to facilitate the ancient path of initiation that has been forgotten from Western influences. The intelligence that lies within the physical components of plants are powerful forces of nature that shift the ecology of the human body, or inner ecosystem. Plants activate the DNA within the blood that lies dormant and essentially “wakes up” the universal intelligence and life force energy within our being. This can create transformational, transcendental experiences that awaken our consciousness and allow us to remember who we truly are and the essence of our true nature. Plants support bringing the body into balance, generate harmony and peace within, and activate our vital force energy to not only survive, but thrive in the world we live in today.

WHO WILL WE BE JOURNEYING WITH?

YARROW
MASTER PLANT ELDER – GUIDE – HEALER – WISDOM KEEPER
Yarrow (Achillea millefolium) is a master plant of the blood and is a universal medicine of the soul.

Also known as the Peaceful Warrior and the Great Harmonizer. Yarrow’s unique ability to stop a bleeding gapping wound or stimulate stagnant blood shows the high intelligence of this plant in its capabilities to listen to the body. This non-psychoactive plant is a plant of sacred boundaries and quiet strength. Traditionally carried as protection, it teaches us how to seal what has been torn — physically, emotionally, and energetically. Its medicine helps stop bleeding and mend wounds, but on a deeper level it supports the restoration of integrity after shock, grief, or fragmentation. Yarrow reminds us that true protection is not hardening, but wise containment — allowing the heart to remain open while standing rooted in sovereignty and resilience.
