About this Retreat
Your Guides
Ella
Ella has been practicing yoga for 15 years and completed her Teacher Training at Sangye Yoga School, later apprenticing under Cat Alip-Douglas for an immersive mentorship that transformed her teaching. She has also studied Yin with Norman Blair.
Her classes reflect her practice and the teachings from her mentors. In her dynamic classes she emphasises breath and offers hands-on assists. Incorporating pranayama, asana, philosophical inquiry and meditation techniques.
Ella believes in breath-led teaching, ensuring that all she shares is rooted in her own practice. In both her Yin and dynamic classes, she invites students to deepen their mind-body connection, moving the body to calm the mind. Her goal is to help students feel more grounded, present, and confident, in order to foster awareness both on and off the mat.

Join us for a relaxing yoga retreat at the beautiful Relais Regina Giovanna in Sorrento, Italy.
This retreat welcomes both men and women and is open to all levels of yoga experience.
During the retreat, you will enjoy Vinyasa and Yin classes, as well as guided meditation sessions.
Our teacher will adjust the intensity of each class so everyone can feel comfortable and supported in their practice.
Between sessions, there will be free time to relax and enjoy the stunning surroundings, including the private beach and sea swimming pool. For those who enjoy exploring, nearby places such as Sorrento town, Positano and Pompeii offer wonderful opportunities for discovery. A day trip to the beautiful island of Capri is also included in the retreat.
Each participant will also receive a complementary wellness treatment- choice of facial reflexology, .Reiki or sound healing.

the best way to get to Relais Regina Giovanna is to fly to Naples Airport ( NAP),
from the airport are many options to travel fever:
- by taxi aprox. 90 min
- by bus to Sorrento, departs from outside the airport arrivals terminal. Then local bus or taxi from the Sorrento town centre, then taxi or bus to the location ( 10 min)
- by train, take a taxi or bus to Naples Centrale station, then take the Circumvesuviana train towards Sorrento, then taxi or bus to the location( 10 min)
- by ferry, take a taxi or bus to Molo Beverallo port and take 45 min ferry to Sorrento, then taxi or hbus to the Relais Regina Giovanna( 10 min)
