Vielleicht bist du die Frau, auf die sich alle verlassen können. Du triffst Entscheidungen, übernimmst Verantwortung und hältst dein Business und deinen Alltag am Laufen. Doch zwischen To-dos und ständigem Funktionieren bleibt oft wenig Raum, um dich selbst wirklich zu spüren. Von außen läuft alles eh ganz gut. Aber wie fühlt es sich von innen an?

Das hier ist kein Wellness-, Yoga- oder Pilates-Retreat. Feminine Liberation ist eine Transformationsreise in deine freie, lebendige, selbstbewusste, lustvolle, weibliche und verbundene Version von dir.

→ Raus aus dem Kopf. Rein in den Körper. Durch Breathwork, Embodiment und körperorientierte Übungen lernst du, bewusster wahrzunehmen, was in dir vorgeht, was du brauchst und wo deine Grenzen liegen.

→ Emotionen fühlen statt weiterfunktionieren. Durch Emotional Release, Breathwork und emotionale Prozessarbeit schaffst du Raum, Gefühle bewusster wahrzunehmen und auszudrücken.

→ Deine Weiblichkeit & Lebendigkeit wieder erleben. Bewegung, Embodiment und bewusste Genussmomente laden dich ein, deine Sinnlichkeit und deine ganz eigene Art von Weiblichkeit neu zu entdecken.

→ Integration. Durch Reflexion, Austausch und praktische Übungen nimmst du mehr Körperbewusstsein, bewusste Pausen und Verbindung zu dir selbst mit in deinen Alltag – begleitet von Integrationscall und Community-Übungscalls.

In diesen 8 Tagen spürst du deinen Körper wieder, ohne dass er erst wehtun muss, du weinst, wenn dir nach Weinen ist, du lachst laut, du tanzt, bis du außer Atem bist, und fährst nach Hause mit dem Gefühl, dass du wieder richtig Bock auf dein Leben hast.

Out of your head, into your body. You don't have to understand everything – you are allowed to feel more. Through breathwork, embodiment and body-based practices you learn to sense what is going on inside you, what you need and where your boundaries are.

Feel your emotions instead of pushing through. You don't always have to be the strong one. Emotional release, breathwork and emotional process work create space to perceive and express your feelings and discover new ways of dealing with them.

Experience your femininity and aliveness again. Movement, embodiment and conscious moments of pleasure invite you to rediscover your sensuality, your needs and your very own kind of femininity.

Integration: what you take home. Through reflection, sharing and practical exercises you develop impulses to bring more body awareness, conscious pauses and connection to yourself into your daily life – supported by an online integration call and regular community practice calls after the retreat.

During these eight days you feel your body again – without it having to hurt first. You cry when you feel like crying, you laugh out loud, you dance until you're out of breath, and you go home truly excited about your life again.
