Ema

Ema is a cacao ceremony facilitator, voice activation guide, and ecstatic dance practitioner living in Costa Rica.

After leaving her life behind to follow a deeper calling, she found her path through ceremonial cacao, sound, and movement, and has since dedicated her work to holding safe, nurturing spaces for women ready to reconnect with themselves. Her approach is warm, grounded, and body-centered, no experience is needed, just a willingness to show up as you are.

At this retreat, Ema will guide cacao ceremony, gentle voice opening session, and free movement experience, creating space for each woman to soften, feel, and come home to her body at her own pace.
