About this Retreat
Meg is a yoga teacher and community organiser from the UK who fell in love with Morocco. She is certified 500hr RYS in Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga & Yin Restorative Yoga (200hr YTT Wild Warrior Yoga, 300hr YTT Arohan Yoga)
She has spent a lot of time exploring Paradise Valley & the beautiful nearby coastal town of Tamraght. She shares experiences that combine nature, mindfulness & connection.
Her journey into yoga, meditation & mindfulness began while searching for natural ways to manage stress & anxiety in her own life. Through these practices she discovered the power of slowing down, reconnecting with nature & creating space for calm.
Meg’s approach focuses on helping guests step away from the busy pace of everyday life & reconnect with themselves.
By sharing simple techniques that support relaxation & awareness, Meg guides experiences where guests can feel calm, grounded & refreshed. While also making sure there is plenty of joy & fun along the way.
Mohamed was born & raised in the village of Tagherat at Paradise Valley. Growing up alongside many cousins his childhood was spent on countless adventures discovering its beauty.
He has enjoyed many years guiding visitors through its hidden trails, natural pools & cosy spots.
With deep local knowledge & a genuine love for the valley, he shares not only the landscape but the culture & traditions that make this place special.
Mohameds energy is in parralell to the valley, calm & reassuring. His relaxed & welcoming approach creates an atmosphere where guests instantly feel at home.
Whether you are hiking through the mountains, sharing food under the palm trees or sitting quietly beside the water, Mohamed is the perfect companion.

Paradise Valley Retreats invites you to slow down and reconnect with nature during this 8 day yoga & mindfulness retreat in the mountains of Paradise Valley, Morocco.
Surrounded by palm groves, dramatic canyon cliffs and natural rock pools, this retreat offers a peaceful environment to step away from busy daily life and return to a slower rhythm.
Each day begins with gentle yoga & meditation, followed by nourishing meals & experiences designed to connect with the natural beauty of the valley. Guests will explore the landscape through guided walks, mindfulness practices and time to relax by the pool or enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
The retreat is hosted by Meg, a yoga teacher based in Tamraght, and Mohamed, a local guide from Paradise Valley who shares his deep knowledge of the landscape & culture of the valley.
Together they offer a relaxed and welcoming retreat where guests can enjoy yoga, nature, healthy food & meaningful experiences in one of Morocco’s most beautiful natural locations.
