If you like having a general structure, you will find an example schedule below showing how the days may unfold and what is available during your stay.
At the same time, everything here flows at its own natural pace. Nothing is imposed or rigidly fixed. You are free to follow what you feel in each moment — take part in the offered practices or simply give yourself space to rest, be in silence, and connect with nature.
We create a calm, safe space and remain present to support you whenever you need it.
If you feel good here and would like to stay a little longer, you are always welcome to stay for an additional night at no extra cost.
