Your Guides
Inbar Elkayam is a choreographer, dancer, and teacher based in Switzerland, working at the intersection of movement, awareness, and human connection. Her practice, Embodied Intelligence, explores how the body can become a source of knowledge, guiding perception, decision-making, and interaction with others.
With an international background as a performer and creator, she brings a deep physical understanding into her teaching, creating spaces where participants can explore their own patterns, expand awareness, and develop a more connected and responsive relationship with themselves and their environment.
Her work invites a process of listening, where movement becomes a tool to access clarity, soften limitations, and open new possibilities in both body and mind.

The Listening Body is a 7-day movement retreat in Koh Phangan, rooted in the practice of Embodied Intelligence. Through movement, participants explore how the body can become a source of awareness, revealing patterns, habits, and new possibilities for change.
The process moves from individual exploration into connection with others, building sensitivity, clarity, and presence. Alongside the movement sessions, the retreat includes yoga, meditation, breathwork, and selected practices such as sound healing, creating the conditions for a deeper and more integrated experience.

Directions
The closest airport is Koh Samui Airport (USM), followed by a short ferry ride (20–30 minutes) to Koh Phangan. Alternatively, you can fly to Surat Thani Airport (URT) and continue by bus and ferry to the island.
From the main pier in Koh Phangan, transportation to Wonderland Healing Center is included and organized by the center. Return transfer from the center back to the pier is also provided at the end of the retreat. Detailed arrival instructions will be shared after booking.

Accommodation
Guests will be accommodated either in a private villa used for the retreat or in rooms within Wonderland Healing Center, depending on availability and booking preference. Options include shared rooms, double rooms for two people booking together, and private rooms. All rooms include air conditioning and WiFi, with access to shared or private bathroom facilities. Participants will have access to the retreat spaces, the villa, and the full facilities of Wonderland, including its pool, sauna, and communal areas.
