Your journey at Return to Her is a carefully guided progression designed to take you from high-stress "survival mode" into a state of deep, embodied trust.
The Daily Flow: Every day is anchored in one of our core pillars. You will begin with gentle morning mindfulness and somatic stretching to awaken the body without spiking cortisol. After a nourishing, gut-friendly brunch, we dive into our Core Workshops. These sessions range from uncovering the physical impacts of the Gut-Brain connection to mindset shifts around "Soft Life Money" and values-based boundaries. Afternoons are reserved for integration—whether that means resting by the pool, receiving 1:1 support, or simply enjoying the sounds of the jungle.
Nature as Medicine: We utilize the breathtaking environment of Tulum to facilitate your healing. You will experience a private excursion to a sacred Cenote for playful water healing and nervous system restoration. Evenings are dedicated to powerful release, featuring guided breathwork, a Fire Pit "Let GO" ritual, and sunset sound healing.
The Sacred Container: To ensure your nervous system can truly exhale, we establish a strict "Sacred Container." This includes radical confidentiality, a supportive "no-fixing" boundary when holding space for your sisters, and a highly encouraged digital detox.
The Venue & Nourishment: Tucked away in the Mayan jungle, Kaaba Luum is a luxury eco-sanctuary built for restoration. All of your meals are crafted by a Private Chef, specifically designed to support digestion, reduce inflammation, and honor your hormonal rhythms.
