Each day of the retreat is designed to create a balance between movement, rest, and inner exploration.
Participants will enjoy daily yoga sessions (morning and/or afternoon), meditation and breathwork practices, as well as moments of rest to fully relax and recharge.
Throughout the retreat, special experiences are included such as workshops focused on self-development, a traditional Balinese cultural activity, and an excursion to explore the island.
Evenings are dedicated to gentle practices, sharing circles, or special ceremonies, creating a safe and nurturing space for connection and reflection.
This program is intentionally flexible to allow each participant to move at their own rhythm while fully experiencing the journey.
