With over three years of experience as a mentor, and lived experience, my work is a refined blend of ancient wisdom, energetic healing, and intuitive guidance — supporting profound transformation, emotional clarity, and a life lived in balance, beauty, and flow.
I am a certified Hero Mentor through Hero Tribe, with training in Qi Gong, the 5 Elements, kinesiology, and energy work, as well as a Reiki Master and a certified Basic Qi Gong Teacher.
