The Reset

We begin our day at 6 AM with morning meditation. This quiets the mind and relieves stress. It sets the foundation for a day of productivity and presence. We follow this up with one of our many training modalities. Some days we move straight into a yoga session. On others we challenge ourselves with high intensity interval training or plyometrics. Our philosophy is to keep the body young by challenging it through its intended purpose, movement.
Afterwards, refresh yourself with some fresh fruit or a superfood smoothie. As the crew gears up for the garden, you can join them for a gardening lesson or help in the kitchen for a lesson in farm-to fork cuisine. If the ocean is what calls you, grab some snorkel gear and go for a swim with the dolphins. Maybe you want to catch up on some work or retreat to your comfy room and curl up with a book. The Reset is all about you.

We are located approximately 35 minutes south of Kona International Airport. Follow Queen Kahumanu Highway for about 25 minutes to merge left onto Mamalahoa Highway. Drive two miles, then turn right onto Onouli road. You will pass Konawaena Elementary as you drive down the road. At the base of the road, you will find a private, one-lane drive. Follow the drive to it's end and park in the grass parking lot on the left.
