Your Guides
Tania Ho is the founder and owner of Museflower Retreat & Spa. A Hong Kong native who has spent over a decade in the international spa and wellness industry, Tania combined her spa expertise with training in holistic therapies to create Museflower as a soulful sanctuary where guests can genuinely rest and reconnect.
Tania is trained in Bach flower remedies, Hado counseling, Magnified Healing, and Reiki, and works as a soul guidance facilitator helping guests find clarity in their next chapter by strengthening their intuition. Her personal journey into holistic wellness began after the loss of her father, whose passing led her to seek healing modalities focused on emotional and mental wellbeing. That focus, on the inner life rather than only the physical body, is what shapes Museflower's approach.
Beyond retreats and one-on-one sessions, Tania hosts a wellness podcast, contributes writing on soulful living and hospitality, and welcomes practitioners, teachers, and organizations to bring their own retreats to Museflower.

Every day brings a signature massage or holistic therapy session, herbal steam, and time to swim, walk the labyrinth, rest in your cottage, or simply do nothing at all. Yoga, Tai Chi, and stretching classes are optional. Meals are lacto-ovo vegetarian, family style, prepared with produce from our on-site organic garden.
Museflower is designed for stillness. There are no televisions in the rooms, no coffee, no bar, no rush. Just a warm, community-style setting where you can genuinely rest and hear yourself think again. Groups of friends and couples are equally welcome.

CEI has direct connections from Bangkok (Suvarnabhumi and Don Mueang) with Thai Airways, Bangkok Airways, AirAsia, Nok Air, and Thai Vietjet, and regional routes from Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong, and other Asian cities.
The alternative is Chiang Mai International Airport (CNX), about 3 hours by road, which offers more international routes if CEI connections are limited.
For guests arriving by bus, the Chiang Rai Bus Terminal is served by direct long-distance coaches from Bangkok, Chiang Mai, and other major Thai cities. The terminal is 17 km from Museflower, about 30 minutes by car.

Museflower offers 16 rooms across simple, comfortable bungalows clustered around the lake. Standard rooms (12 sq m) come with either two twin beds or one double bed, ideal for singles or couples. Triple rooms (22 sq m) feature a raised Thai-style platform with three single mattresses and a covered terrace, well suited to small groups sharing. Superior rooms (22 sq m) offer two twin beds, more spacious layouts, custom Northern Thai wooden furniture, and a covered outdoor terrace, with one Superior featuring traditional wooden beds and another featuring temperature-controlled water beds for deep relaxation. All rooms have private ensuite bathrooms with solar-heated hot showers, air-conditioning, wall fans, hair dryer, and complimentary drinking water and herbal tea. The design philosophy is Simple is Bliss: no televisions, no WiFi in rooms, no working desks, and no telephones, so guests can genuinely disconnect and rest.

Museflower sits on a private lake in the countryside 17 km northeast of Chiang Rai town. Bungalow-style cottages cluster around the water, connected by garden paths. The 86 sq m Meditation Pavilion faces the lake and the organic farm. The 76 sq m Butterfly Room hosts workshops and classes. The Himalayan crystal salt water pool, spa, herbal steam room, gardens, and labyrinth in the bamboo forest complete a setting designed for stillness and reconnection.
