Details of this retreat
Reconnect as a family, heal as individuals. Rather than a typical family holiday, this 4-day, 3-night retreat in Uluwatu, Bali is a journey of healing, cultural discovery and conscious parenting for parents and children aged 3 to 11.
Have you ever wondered why parenting can feel both beautiful and overwhelming? Sometimes we are present with our children, but our inner selves are exhausted. Sometimes they seem defiant, but deep down they just want to feel close to us.
When we begin to respect each other's natural rhythm, and release the need to express love through control, true connection can take root. From there, it grows organically, with ease and freedom.
Two groups, by your child's age
Group 1, Learning the Language of Love with Your Child (parents and children aged 3 to 6). At this age, children don't need to get ahead academically; they need to feel safe. Through shared rituals of yoga, art and playful co-creation, you nurture that sense of security. Ideal for:
New parents learning to build deeper emotional bonds with their children
Parents who long for closeness but feel unsure how to express love and set healthy boundaries
Parents who want to meet their child's attachment needs through presence rather than instruction
Families who want to create warm, memorable moments together during the golden years of early childhood
Group 2, Growing Together, Letting Them Fly (parents and children aged 5 to 11). As your child grows their wings, learn to soften your grip and trust the journey. Ideal for:
Families with preschool or elementary-aged children learning independence and testing boundaries
Parents seeking personal space for rest and reflection beyond daily parenting duties
Families who have faced communication challenges and wish to rebuild healthy dialogue
Parents who value international exposure and want to help their children build confidence and social awareness
What the days hold

Together: a sunset dinner with icebreaker activities, co-creation portrait painting, a natural landscape atelier, evening sound healing with Himalayan singing bowls, a closing reflection on bringing the experience home, and a traditional Balinese blessing ritual.
