About this Retreat
Gina Gratza is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Oregon-licensed Psilocybin Facilitator working at the intersection of trauma healing, embodiment, and psychedelic-assisted therapy. With over a decade of experience, she specializes in complex trauma, eating disorders, relational healing, and somatic psychotherapy, helping people reconnect with their bodies, rewrite internal narratives, and reclaim a deeper sense of belonging. Gina served as Program Coordinator and Lead Educator at InnerTrek, where she helped design and deliver Oregon’s state-compliant psilocybin facilitator training under Measure 109. Her work bridges clinical rigor with heart-centered, body-based wisdom, integrating modalities such as EMDR, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems, and psychedelic integration practices. Known for her grounded presence, warmth, and clarity, Gina brings a feminist, trauma-informed, and body-liberation lens to healing and leadership. She is passionate about helping individuals and communities move beyond survival and into lives rooted in agency, creativity, and embodied truth.
Sara (she/her) is inspired by and grateful to the wisdom of the natural world and this continues to teach her how to hold the complexity and vastness of this human journey. She has extensive experience facilitating with psychedelic medicines and approaches this work with an open heart and humble mind that never ceases to be amazed by the inner wisdom of the clients she works with. She views work with psychedelics as just one of the many beautiful tools available for helping us remember our wholeness in the long story of our lives and loves helping clients find integration strategies that keep this inner wisdom alive. Her clients describe her as ""nurturing, grounded, and attuned to the needs of body, mind, and heart"" while maintaining a ""playful and curious spirit"". She emphasizes individualized and collaborative care and believes that safety and deep presence are foundational for healing.
In addition, she loves facilitating groups as well as providing education and safety for folks new to the psychedelic space. Finally, outside of her work as a Psilocybin Facilitator, her lens is influenced by her work in Nature-based interventions, Naturopathic Medicine, Chinese Medicine, and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy.
Details of this retreat
As the longest night of the year gently wraps us in stillness, we gather in circle to honor the sacred turning point of Winter Solstice: a time of descent, dreaming, and deep feminine wisdom.
Through storytelling, ritual, and shared reflection, we'll prepare to journey inward, weaving myth and memory, shadow and light.
This time invites us to soften into the mystery, reconnect with ancient rhythms, and remember the fertile power of darkness as the womb of new beginnings.
Together, we honor the quiet beauty of winter, the resilience of the feminine spirit, and the magic that emerges when women gather in sacred remembrance and soulful intention.
This Winter Solstice, as the longest night wraps us in stillness, we invite you to make your own descent. 🌙
Over three days in the forest at Fernlove, we will gather in circle to set down what we’ve been carrying, honor the fertile dark as the womb of new beginnings, and rise together toward the returning light.
