Details of this retreat
Have you found yourself whispering “What now?” in the quiet moments of your days? Maybe it followed the loss of a loved one, a life-changing diagnosis, a shift in relationships, or the weight of a world that feels uncertain.
This retreat invites you to pause and take a breath within a sacred space of compassion and community. Through reflection, conversation, and spiritual practice, we will gently explore the terrain of grief and loss, and consider how we might respond—not with answers, but with choices that lead toward healing, resilience, and soulful living.
Come as you are, with whatever you carry. Together, we will listen for the quiet stirrings of hope, and ask not only “What now?”—but “What next, and how do I live into it with grace?”
