Join us for a Wellness Day with Holotropic Breathwork in a loving and warm surrounding within a professional setting.
BREATHWORK & EMBODIED FREEDOM
Breath is the bedrock of well-being. It can be a gentle way to dip your toe into wellness or a powerful addition to an already robust routine. And here’s what we love: once you learn how to do it, you have everything you need, wherever and however you may be. Incorporating breath into your daily routine is a crucial step to exercise the lungs and eliminate toxins.
Holotropic Breathwork refers to a process in which deep and fast breathing is used as a catalyst for the experience of a non-ordinary state of consciousness. This state of consciousness is thought to be inherently healing and evolutionary, bringing to the surface any issues that need addressing and helping the client to resolve them in a creative way.
This Breathwork Workshop inspired by Holotropic & Shamanic Breathwork can help:
Improve self-awareness, self-esteem, and overall mental health
Increase comfort
Create an immediate sense of relaxation
Increase compassion and support of others
Reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression, anger, and confusion
Boost energy levels
Decrease levels of stress
Support managing alcoholism
Our Wellness Day with Holotropic Breathwork take place in a peaceful, cozy and trust-inspiring environment. You will be encircled and supported by our experienced and loving guides and facilitators.
Rapeh and Sananga is included for anyone interested.
Start time 5pm

I had a wonderful experience at the Holotropic Breathwork retreat. The presenters, hostesses, and other participants were all such nice and sincere people that my first time attending will always be remembered. I will definitely be going back for other workshops sponsored by The Truth is One. It was definitely a birthday to remember!

Nusta Rites
This was a great retreat. The facilities were above all expectations, the hostesses were very kind, and the impact of the retreat Rites were beyond intense. I will return if offered again.
