Marta is an esteemed yoga professional with more than seven years of teaching experience. Marta’s impressive credentials also include being a Yoga Nidra facilitator, Reiki master and a Tibetan singing bowl sound therapist. With a wealth of experience gained from teaching diverse yoga styles across the globe, Marta eagerly extends her warm invitation to join her on one of the transformative retreats offered by Om & Flow Yoga.
Hailing from Estonia and having cultivated her craft during extensive stays in Japan and Thailand, Marta’s worldly adventures spanning over a decade have culminated in her role as the visionary behind Om & Flow Yoga. Details of this retreat
Join us for an insightful Silent Mindfulness Meditation & Yoga Retreat on a tranquil island of Hiiumaa in Estonia, surrounded by fragrant pine forests and the Baltic Sea.
We will be spending time meditating and going inwards to discover the Self, diving into the mental, physical and spiritual practice of yoga and practicing mindfulness and Yoga Nidra.
You will leave our retreat with deepened meditation and yoga practice, having grown in mind and spirit. You can expect to gain more clarity and vision for your future, ready to fulfil your dreams and live your life to the fullest.
Our retreat is open for all levels of yoga and meditation practitioners. Your practice will be tailored specifically to your needs and goals to lead you to your maximum potential.
On the first day of the retreat we will be picking up all of the guests in Tallinn and heading to the retreat center together. Please note that we will be leaving Tallinn the latest at 2pm so if you’re not available for pick-up before that time you will have to make your own way to Hiiumaa. On the last day you will be dropped off in Tallinn in the afternoon.
The silence begins on the first day in the evening after orientation and ends on the last day of the retreat before our final lunch together.
During the retreat you will receive a wealth of knowledge about mental health, mindfulness, the spiritual and physical practice of yoga, meditation and Yoga Nidra. You will be taught how to incorporate that knowledge into your everyday life and how to live your life more mindfully, in peace and contentment.
We will be focusing on the training of the mind and on deep relaxation. With the help of guided meditations, yoga and mindfulness exercises you will gain a fresh perspective of life and a new awareness of yourself.
