Details of this retreat

Join us for a restorative retreat designed to help you slow down, cleanse deeply, and reset your eating habits. Over eight days, you’ll experience a supportive full dietary reset that includes three days of an all-juice cleanse, along with nourishing yoga and meditation to help restore balance in body, mind, and spirit.

For three of the seven days of the retreat we’ll be staying at a private home 15 minutes from Harbin Hot Springs, a beautiful retreat center with spring-fed hot, warm, and cold pools, plus a swimming pool, sauna, steam sauna, and peaceful open spaces for rest and reflection.

Each day includes yoga, meditation and community to support your renewal from the inside out. With expert guidance, self-care practices, and a welcoming community, this retreat offers space to rejuvenate, reset, and return home feeling lighter, clearer, and more alive.

Before and after our retreat, we’ll gather online for three pre-retreat meetings and two post-retreat meetings to consciously prepare for the cleanse and support the transition back afterward with mindfulness and body care. The pre- and post juicing process includes two days of raw and whole foods and two days of soups, smoothies, and juices to be done at home.

Schedule

Day 1: October 19th
We’ll begin our journey together online with an opening video call gathering to introduce the retreat container, review the cleanse structure, and begin easing into the process with intention and support.

Day 2: October 20th
Our second pre-retreat Zoom session will offer space to prepare body and mind for the days ahead, with guidance for a gentle transition into the cleanse and practices to support clarity, nourishment, and steadiness. We start our food cleanse with moving into an all raw and whole foods diet.

Day 3: October 21st
This session deepens our preparation through embodied awareness and a thoughtful exploration of eating patterns, helping you connect more clearly with your body’s signals and needs. We continue our cleansing process by moving to an all liquid diet consisting of juices, smoothies and soups.

Day 4: October 22nd
In the afternoon, we arrive at our accommodations in Cobb and gather in community to open the retreat with presence, connection, and intention. Our sharing circle creates a welcoming space to arrive, settle in, and begin the experience together.

Day 5: October 23rd
We begin the all-juice cleanse! Through a morning yoga practice we support circulation, grounding, and inner balance. The afternoon is spend relaxing at Harbin Hot Springs. Later, we return to our lodging, and circle to reflect, share, and deepen our sense of community and support.

Day 6: October 24th
Today’s yoga and meditation practice invites continued renewal through movement and stillness. Our sharing circle offers time to process the experience, receive support, and stay connected to the retreat journey. The afternoon is spent at Harbin Hot Springs.

Day 7: October 25th
This is our final day of our all-juice diet. As we move through the retreat, yoga helps sustain energy and ease while our sharing circle provides a space for reflection, integration, and meaningful connection. We have one more day at Harbin Hot Springs to nourish and luxuriate.

Day 8: October 26th
We regroup online that evening to reflect on the retreat experience and capture the insights, shifts, and practices that will support you moving forward after the cleanse. We are now easing off the all-juice diet by adding in smoothies and soups.

Day 9: October 27th
