Nelson Pereira is the founder of El Retiro and has worked with ancestral plant-medicine traditions, meditation and integration practices since 2012. He has facilitated intimate retreats in the Dominican Republic since 2015, supporting guests through preparation, ceremony and the practical work of bringing insight into daily life. Nelson’s approach is personal, grounded and attentive. He works with small groups so each participant receives close guidance, space for reflection and support throughout the process. His focus is not on promises or quick fixes, but on creating the conditions for honest self-observation, greater clarity and responsible integration.

Alina is an experienced and highly qualified yoga teacher who lived in Thailand, working in an ashram located in Golden City. She is a Reiki Master and specializes in Kundalini and cosmic energy healing. Alina uses her knowledge of yogic practices and the healing power of Reiki to bring balance and fulfillment to her students. With her expertise and profound understanding of the power of cosmic energy, she helps her students attune to their divine potential and further their spiritual growth. Alina is highly respected for her dedication to helping others. She has inspired many individuals to live a life of authenticity and peace. Alina is a gifted and highly talented teacher and healer. She has extensive training and experience in yoga, Reiki healing, meditation, chakra balancing and energy work.
