Shaira, a native Mexican curandera, doula, and apprentice midwife, has been supporting births, celebrations, healings, farewells, beginnings, and countless transformational processes for over 10 years through rituals and circles sustained by the energy of nature and the wisdom of her ancestral heritage, acquired through her journey with the elders of the Anahuac tradition.
Salvador Espinoza is a medicine musician and temazcal guide who has been supporting healing, transformation, and spiritual journeys with master plants through sacred music. As a temazcal ceremony guide, his work is deeply rooted in the wisdom of his ancestral heritage, gained through his journey with elders and his connection to the natural world.

Initiation into Sacred Cacao
This retreat is an invitation to immerse yourself in the healing, expansive, and transformative power of cacao. You will connect with its spirit and learn about its physical and energetic properties, exploring how it can nourish your body, open your heart, and expand your consciousness.
You will learn step-by-step how to prepare the ceremonial drink, along with key recommendations to help you activate your inner wisdom, as well as important precautions for safe and conscious use.
Cacao can become your powerful ally and travel companion. If you choose, this initiation will also prepare you to guide others in their own encounter with this sacred medicine.
