Silence is an age-honoured practice to still the mind, to give much-needed rest to our over-worked nervous and immune systems, and to discover the true joy of our being.  Instead of being left on our own to the mercy of our chattering minds and perpetual to-do lists, the Stepping Into Silence Retreat  is a fully guided experience, structured to help you step-by-step on your journey.  Led by experienced instructors, the Stepping Into Silence Retreat  introduces us to the silent corners of our heart, cleanses our perception of the world and ourselves.
A Complete Package
We begin this signature retreat with building a strong foundation of breath.  Breathing clears the cobwebs in the system and brings us to the doorstep of meditation and silence.  We learn powerful pranayams and the world-renowned, research-based breathing practice of Sudarshan Kriya.  We then step into special meditations designed for deep silence.  Complemented by rejuvenating yoga, profound yogic wisdom about the mind, body and emotions, vegetarian meals , this is a complete vacation package for the mind, body and spirit that you have been looking for. 
Suitable for all levels of experience, this signature retreat of our Centre is a must for everyone looking to get a clean disconnect from our daily routines, and a reset and renewal.

Le silence est une pratique immémoriale visant à calmer le mental, à donner du repos à nos systèmes nerveux et immunitaire épuisés, et à découvrir la véritable joie de notre être. Au lieu de nous laisser à nous-mêmes, à la merci de notre bavardage mental et de ses éternelles listes de choses à faire, la Retraite de silence et de travail sur le souffle offre une expérience entièrement guidée et est structurée pour vous aider étape par étape dans ce voyage. Dirigée par des instructeurs d'expérience, la Retraite de silence et de travail sur le souffle nous amène dans les recoins silencieux de notre coeur, et affine notre perception du monde et de nous-même.

Nous débuterons cette retraite en établissant un solide fondement de travail sur le souffle. La respiration nettoie les toiles d'araignées dans notre organisme et nous amène aux portes de la méditation et du silence. Nous apprendrons de puissants pranayamas ainsi que la pratique de méditation reconnue mondialement et basée sur la recherche, le Sudarshan Kriya. Puis, nous pratiquerons des méditations spécialement conçues pour nous faire entrer dans le silence profond. S'ajoutent à cela du yoga régénérateur, de la sagesse yoguique profonde sur le mental, le corps et les émotions, des repas végétariens , pour en faire le forfait vacances complet pour le mental, le corps et l'esprit que vous recherchiez.
 
Adaptée à tous les niveaux d'expérience, cette retraite exclusive à notre Centre est un incontournable pour toute personne qui cherche à se déconnecter sainement de sa routine quotidienne, et à opérer une réinitialisation et un renouveau.

Retreat Room - Bodhisattva Cozy rooms with a view of the lake/forest. Each room contains a private bathroom and three single beds with plenty of room for personal belongings. Bodhisattva is just minutes from the big meditation hall and the main building. Single beds Private bathroom Free Wi-Fi

Accommodation
Includes Program participation, 3 meals, parking; parking shuttles. Please book your own accommodation, and transportation to and from the Retreat Centre – NOT arranged by the Centre. This option also does not include airport shuttles. Please book your airport shuttles separately.

This option is for the adventurous. Bathrooms are shared and outside in a separate building. Please bring your own tent and bedding. The Centre will not provide any camping equipment.
