About this Retreat
Mark is committed to helping individuals experience their spark for life. Mark's work over the past twenty years has ranged from helping individuals deal with their stress and experience more joy in disaster relief, prison, schools, First Nations Reserves, Active and Retired Military, as well as youth of all ages. In March 2014, Mark was honoured to speak at his alma mater Mount Allison at their first TEDx event to share his life story. In December 2017, Mark was honoured to be the top student as voted upon by his peers at the Dale Carnegie Course. Mark currently lives in Halifax, Nova Scotia where he works with First Nations Youth and enjoys time with family, friends, the gym, boxing, surfing, playing basketball and continuing to learn about life with all its beauty and mystery.
Shreya is a Senior Teacher with the AOLF in Canada. She has been a Full time teacher with the Foundation for the past 14 years, and has been practicing for 20 years.
Shreya has developed the Foundation in the Prairies region, where there is now a strong presence, She also heads the Youth Programs and the Prison Programs for AOLF and IAHV in Canada. She specialises in Youth Programs and has been part of Camp Santosh since it's inception.
