This program is designed for the experienced meditator who has done at least one Art of living Part 2 or Art of Silence Program, and is looking to take their experience to a whole new depth.  This program is designed to be more intensive, with more and longer meditations. Participants dive into silence at the beginning of the course itself.

The Intensive Silence Course provides optimal conditions for quietening our mental chatter, going deep within and experiencing inner peace. The practice of silence has been used in different traditions and cultures throughout time as a unique pathway to personal discovery: consciously withdrawing our attention from outer distractions and observing silence for a few days can allow us to experience an extraordinary sense of physical, mental and spiritual renewal.

Ce programme est conçu pour les méditants expérimentés ayant déjà suivi au moins un cours Art de Vivre Partie 2 ou un Programme de Silence, et qui souhaitent approfondir leur expérience à un tout autre niveau. Ce programme est plus intensif, avec davantage de méditations, plus longues. Les participants entrent dans le silence dès le début du stage.

Le Cours Intensif de Silence offre des conditions idéales pour apaiser le bavardage mental, plonger profondément en soi et goûter à la paix intérieure. La pratique du silence a été utilisée dans diverses traditions et cultures au fil du temps comme un chemin unique de découverte personnelle : en retirant consciemment notre attention des distractions extérieures et en observant le silence pendant quelques jours, il devient possible de vivre un profond renouveau physique, mental et spirituel.

PLEASE NOTE: From Rte 351, DO NOT turn into Chemin du Lac Gareau. Instead, drive to the Yellow Sign (see picture) at the entrance of the Centre and turn in. This is Chemin de L’Harmonie. Drive for about 1 Km to the Reception on the left.

================================================================================================================== Private Suite - Chalet ================================================================================================================== Each of our chalets boasts a character of its own. Surrounded by the maple and birch forest, these chalets are designed for year-round comfort. These well-insulated buildings are heated and available for year-round accommodation. Our chalets sport warm and spacious living/dining areas with 2-4 single beds plus a sofa bed, a fully-equipped kitchenette, and functional washrooms with in-built showers. Chalets can accommodate two to five guests. Brightly lit suite Cozy home linens Basic kitchen appliances(incl iron/board, refrigerator, etc) Each chalet features one-two bedroom each with two single beds ================================================================================================================== Retreat Room - Bodhisattva ================================================================================================================== Cozy rooms with a view of the lake/forest. Each room contains a private bathroom and three single beds with plenty of room for personal belongings. Bodhisattva is just minutes from the big meditation hall and the main building. Single beds Private bathroom Free Wi-Fi ================================================================================================================== Dormitory Room - Hermitage ================================================================================================================== "Hermitage" is located amidst of forest. Enjoy a rustic yet enjoyable stay in a dormitory-style room that has two bunk beds, some storage, and lots of light and fresh air. The rooms on each floor have a common balcony and a large shared bathroom. ================================================================================================================== Camping ================================================================================================================== This option is for the adventurous and is available seasonally (July - September). Bathrooms are shared and outside in separate buildings. Camping equipment is not included.
