A 5 day retreat to connect deeply with nature, spirit, the elements and community to expand and embody the soul’s essence.

This retreat is designed to give you the opportunity to dive deeper into the study of song and sound in the context of ceremony and ritual as well as allowing space for you to nurture, recharge and inspire yourself on the shores of Lake Atitlan.

In our workshops we introduce practices such as yoga, meditation, somatic practices and dance to clear and free the mind, release and move stuck or blocked energy and make space for what you wish to create and manifest in your life.
