Details of this retreat

The 7 Day New Year’s Retreat in the Sacred Valley of Peru is for those who want to close the year with intention and begin the next one clear, regulated, and rooted in something real.

Held between the ancient stone of Machu Picchu, the living wisdom of Pisac, and the high Andes of Ausangate, this experience is for seekers, sensitives, creatives, leaders, space holders, and anyone ready to release emotional residue, soften anxiety, and reconnect with their inner resource.

Through nervous system reset yoga, breathwork, subconscious reprogramming meditations, elemental reciprocity practices, traditional Andean meals, sacred hot springs, Kava ceremony, and a New Year’s Eve pilgrimage and fire ceremony in Ausangate, we create a safe container to close the year with reverence and step forward with courage.

This is a week to reflect, realign, and remember who you are beneath the noise. Held by the Apus, the breath, and a community walking with the same intention.

Changed my life
This was the first retreat I have ever attended (never the less alone), I definitely dove way out of my comfort zone. However when I arrived, I instantly formed deep connections with all who were attending along with the gracious hosts’ Frankie, Frank & David. It was a blessing to feel so comfortable and right at home. Their incredibly meaningful program continued to surprise me with love and true growth each and everyday! I can honestly say, I came out a better woman from this experience. I feel so much gratitude to have not only connected with these amazing healers & attendees but to furthermore bond on a deeper level and form the most beautiful soul tribe! The work is not always easy to heal from but this initial step & program can do wonders for your mind, body & soul. I left this retreat filling my heart with immense love & acceptance while shedding so much weight off my shoulders. I view the world & my struggles differently and I Have Franky, David & Frank to thank for that! They really do take care of you in all the ways possible. The food by Woody was absolutely insanely yummy and nourishing as well! Do not gratitude to go, you will not regret it!
