Online Workshop
Bardo is a Tibetan term referring to different states we encounter in both life and death. This class will delve into practices for each of the bardos and will be informed by a close reading of the Tibetan Book of the Dead, or the Bardo Thodol. The aim will be for participants to identify and connect with practices that are meaningful to them for the dying process. (Participants need to acquire a copy of The Tibetan Book of the Dead by Chogyam Trungpa and Francesca Fremantle.)
You'll receive the Zoom link upon registration.
Dana Fulmer is a longtime student and instructor in the Kagyu Buddhist tradition. She provides emotional support to local families receiving hospice care through Hudson Valley Hospice, and trained in end-of-life spiritual care with NY Zen Center.
