1 Day Microdose Solstice Retreat in Rotterdam 🌷

We invite you to embark on a conscious journey during our one day retreat. The Winter Solstice on December 21st invites us to embrace the blanket of darkness. It marks the beginning of a time in which we turn within in even more profound layers, as it is the darkest time of the year. We gather during the Winter Solstice to honor the darkness as a teacher. To nurture and love our darkness, so that it transmutes into the fertile soil again from which our heart can blossom. Through ancient Q’ero-inspired practices, meditation, and gentle plant allies, we clear stagnant energy and recenter in the heart. Together, we weave connection—with ourselves, each other, and the Earth—moving towards expansion and balance from a place of surrendering to our true nature’s rhythm.

Our intention is to offer an open and supportive environment, where you are free to explore your own truths and inner world — without pressure, expectations. Together with the guidance of the fungi, we aim to hold space for your journey of self-discovery and deeper understanding of self.
