Retreat Structure
Our retreat is structured into three main phases: Preparation, The Retreat (spanning over three days), and Integration. Here is a detailed breakdown of each phase to help you understand what to anticipate at each stage:
Preparation
- Connecting with Fellow Participants and Retreat Facilitators: Before the retreat begins, we facilitate connections among participants and the facilitators to foster a sense of community and shared purpose.
- Intention Exploring and Sharing: During this call, we encourage participants to delve deep into their personal intentions for the retreat, fostering a sense of purpose and direction.
- Q&A: Towards the end of the call, we allocate time for a question and answer session to address any queries or concerns you may have about the upcoming retreat.
The Retreat
Day 1
- Around 15:00 - Arrival: Participants are expected to arrive and settle into their accommodations.
- 15:00 – 20:00 - One-on-One Preparation & Intention Talks: Individual sessions to help you refine your intentions and align your goals for the retreat.
- Around 19:00 - Dinner: A time to nourish your body and connect with fellow participants.
- 20:00 - Group Explanation & Intention Sharing: A collective session where participants can share their intentions and learn about the upcoming activities.
Day 2
- 08:00 - Meditation, Breathing & Gentle Yoga: Start your day with practices designed to centre your mind and prepare your body.
- 10:00 - Ceremony: A significant group activity that forms the core of the retreat's transformative experience.
15.00 Lunch and intergration
- Around 19:00 - Dinner: An evening meal to replenish and nurture connections within the group.
Day 3
- 09:00 - Breakfast: Another morning to enjoy a nourishing meal.
- 10:00 - Group Sharing: A session for participants to share their experiences and insights gained during the retreat.
- 12:00 - Departure: Time to bid farewell, taking with you the lessons and bonds formed during the retreat.
Integration
- Reconnecting with Fellow Participants and Retreat Facilitators: A time to reconnect and share post-retreat experiences.
- Socialising: Engage with the community, fostering lasting connections.
- Integration Exercise: A small activity to integrate the learnings into your daily life.
- Q&A: An opportunity to clarify any lingering questions or explore further insights.
1-1 Session with a Psychedelic integration Coach
- Opportunity to Work on Individual Themes: Post-retreat, schedule a one-on-one session with a coach to work on personal themes and insights that emerged during the retreat, helping to integrate these learnings into your daily life.
