3-day Ayahuasca Retreat + Preparation & Integration Programme in Costa Rica.

We invite you to embark on a transformative retreat programme. Take full advantage of your psychedelic experience, combining intimate Ayahuasca journeys (max. 13 people) with the power of community and integration support.

Integration is everything and It’s where the real work of stepping into your full potential really begins. And with this programme, you can avoid the common hindrances as you won’t have to do this often-challenging work alone.

Research shows that over 53% of people who attend a ceremony will have some emotional and mental challenges in integrating the experience afterwards. And that’s not considering the loss of potential that happens without proper support.

This programme was designed by experts to offer preparation, guidance, and support beyond the retreat and into the integration phase. It will equip you with the resources you need to avoid common challenges that can cloud the process of bridging a psychedelic experience to the future you want to create for yourself.


A Programme Of 3 Phases

Phase 1 – Preparation (online)
Deepen your experience with optimal preparation, heightened awareness, and emotional balance. Gain access to guiding tools and resources broken down into easily digestible chunks. It will encompass an exploration of your intention going into the Ayahuasca experience as well as details on how to optimise set and setting.

Phase 2 – Retreat (in our retreat centre)
Expert guidance provides the optimal environment to maximise the benefits of your Ayahuasca experience. With two Ayahuasca experiences, group sharing circles, and complementary wellness modules, you will be immersed within a supportive space. Our expert facilitators cultivate trust and the ability for you to surrender to the experience in a safe environment.

Phase 3 – Integration (online)
As after a psychedelic experience many people have more questions than before integration is an integral part of the healing process. Avoid losing precious integration opportunities with knowledgeable support that will equip you to foster lasting and meaningful change.

You will be in an intimate container where you can express yourself without judgement in a structured but flexible space. During this phase you will be empowered to continue your journey of integration and medicine work with the relevant skills and tools needed with ongoing support, including lifelong access to our library of resources.


Before you can attend one of our Ayahuasca retreats, it is important that we review information about known medical conditions and/or the usage of any drugs or medication (if applicable), at the time of booking. We evaluate the possibility of attendance individually. Therefore, we ask you to fill out a questionnaire accurately. Of course we will maintain the confidentiality of this information.

Please note that we cannot confirm your booking before your medical questionnaire has been reviewed. Please do not make travel arrangements (book flights) before we have confirmed your booking. Your safety and the best experience is our highest priority.
