Details of this retreat

The Body Cleanse Group is a five-day purifying and detoxification process. The program includes four days of colon cleansing and one night and day of liver flushing.
The group is designed to support the body to detox and at the same time allow emotions and feelings that arise through the process to be expressed through movement, open communication and active meditation sessions.

The dynamic of the group carries the participants and serves as a great support for the cleansing process.

The body cleanse program offers a full day schedule, which includes:

• Fasting with organic vegetable juices, which are enriched with raw super foods, using PachaMama self-grown medicinal plants, and served throughout the day, according to a specific plan & menu.
• Daily enema sessions (colon irrigation) held in 10 private, comfortable enema rooms overlooking a beautiful forest hillside.
• Daily yoga classes - designed and held especially for the group.
• Digestive system physiology & anatomy classes.
• Classes about diet and nutritional issues, which share important information, provide tools and raise awareness for participants to continue with a healthier lifestyle.
• Individual health consultation sessions (symptoms & nutrition).
• A group breath work session.
• Body movement & dance classes.
• Daily meditations.

Important notes:
Based on long-term experience, it is highly recommended to arrive in PachaMama at least 2 days before the cleanse group starts in order to get oriented in the forest and the village, allow the body to get used to a different climate and new environment, and lighten the diet with the vegetarian food served in PachaMama.

It is also recommended to stay for at least a couple of days after the group finishes, so you can support your coming out of the cleanse with the appropriate food, specifically served in PachaMama in the days after the cleanse group finishes.
* It is advisable to bring with you good probiotic capsules to further support your body's natural flora and digestion after the cleanse ends.

Schedule

Guests can begin early with 6:30 AM yoga classes and begin their day at the cleanse facility. They will enjoy different juices or superfoods and start their first colon irrigation center in a private enema room. The schedule varies by day to include breathwork, meditation, sharing, therapy sessions and nutrition classes. There will be a morning on the beach and options to spend time in nature. In the evening, guests are invited to the community silent meditation before bed.

I have been coming here for 16 years and while there have been some changes the essence of PachaMama is alive and breathing. The nature, the river and the workshops here are rejuvenating and have helped me dive deep into my core and help me find my true essence. I love PachaMama and will continue to return again and again.

Home and transformation
I have been coming to PachaMama for the past 4 years and it’s been a very good experience. I’ve done a lot of woman’s workshops and can truly say my life changed after all these experiences. I’ve grown as a person and PachaMama and all it has to offer created the space to allow it. The healthy tasty food, daily yoga classes, all the movement. Ceremonies, events, workshops. The river and the beautiful beach close by. PachaMama will always have a place in my heart. I highly recommend coming here if you feel the call to go deeper in life.

a sanctuary for the soul
a place that was created for seekers to reconnect with essence, with nature, with that which is already sacred within and around us. It is inviting to come back to the simplicity and joy of life, through meditation and celebration, through inner work and music, deep solitude and community.

Incredible place
I recently spent two incredible weeks at Pachamama, and I can honestly say it was life-changing! As a foreigner and a solo female traveller, I felt safe, welcomed, and part of the community from the start. The peaceful jungle surroundings, the daily yoga, and the authentic spiritual practices helped me disconnect from my busy life and reconnect with myself on a deeper level. I left feeling rejuvenated, more grounded, and ready to bring this newfound energy back home. I’m already planning my next visit – can’t wait to return to this magical place!
