Sowa Rigpa For Garden & Gardeners: Fall

There are great teachings although there are no subtitles in Spanish, not even in the recorded version of the video, I need a translation to my language since my comprenhension in English is minimum, I appreciate subtitles o a translator during the classes or in the recorded video for a better and deeper understanding.

Thank you.

I felt called to take this retreat as a way to support myself as I caretake my mother who is going through cancer. Genla and the staff were able to deliver the teachings in a kind and precise way. They also were able to navigate students questions and the material with clarity and ease. I am already seeing the benefits of this retreat come to fruition in my life as well as in the lives of those around me which came as quite a pleasant surprise.

I attended Ani's dream yoga workshop and it was great. Highly recommend

Very informative talk. Really good to hear strait from the horses mouth. She did mention some ways we could help, like donations and helping the nuns practice English, so it would be nice to get a follow up email with instructions how to do that. Thank you
