Fleur Bekke

Fleur Bekke is a facilitator at Elevated Mind Retreats, where she guides psilocybin ceremonies supported by breathwork and meditation. Her work is rooted in deep connection—to the Earth, to Sacred Medicines, and to the transformative journeys of others. Fleur's experience includes training with indigenous tribes in the Amazon of Peru, where she participated in a traditional Sacred Plant Medicine Dieta and learned from ancient healing traditions. Her own path has been one of surrender and inner growth, moving through fear, shadow, and deep healing. From this space, Fleur holds others with clarity and presence, helping them reconnect to their essence. She believes that healing isn’t about becoming someone new, but about remembering who we already are. Fleur holds space with deep reverence for the Sacred. Through her grounded, heart-led guidance, participants are invited to access their own wisdom and explore the transformational potential of the medicine. Trust, presence, and integrity form the foundation of her ongoing practice—shared with those who feel called to the work of Elevated Mind.

Lisette is an intuitive facilitator, trauma-informed sexologist, and therapist who guides people toward inner freedom and healing through sacred plant retreats, bodywork, and multidimensional healing sessions. Driven by her own journey through physical and mental challenges, she travelled the world to connect with different medicine tribes — learning, healing, and working alongside them. Lisette weaves together ancient wisdom and modern therapeutic practices, using tools such as Human Design, Akashic readings & healings, and her favourite: the sacred plants. With love, humour, and an open heart, she creates safe, profound, and transformational spaces where true connection and deep inner work can unfold.

Directions

The retreat centre is a 55-minute drive from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport and a 40-minute drive from Rotterdam Airport. If you’re travelling by public transport, you can reach Gorinchem train station, close to where we are. We’ll assist with your travel arrangements and open a WhatsApp group for ride-sharing coordination.

Our retreat centre offers a communal sitting area and a spacious kitchen, alongside a dedicated ceremony space. Life changing experience

My partner and myself had true pleasure of attending the elevated minds 3 day retreat. Neil’s and Fleur were amazing hosts. The attention to detail was impeccable. You truly felt like you were at home, safe and secure. All aspects as an individual my requirements were met and even excelled. The lovely house we resided in was beautiful, clean and comforting. It was bliss to not know the time of day and have zero access to any form of technology. It truly was for my partner and I a life changing experience. We have met some great people on the journey too who we could now consider friends. If you are looking to take the journey then I can unequivocally recommend elevated minds! Consider my mind elevated

I genuinely don't think you could find nicer hosts than Niels and Fleur. We felt incredibly safe in their company, but also incredibly welcome. They seem to genuinely love their work, and they're very, very gifted at it. And the experience itself was life-changing. The whole process built and built in perfect preparation for the main ceremony, and then provided a wonderful integration experience afterwards. We'll be back.

I was nervous about trying this experience for the first time at a retreat, but Niels guided us through every step from setting intentions and breathwork to the final ceremony. The meals were light, healthy, and enjoyed by everyone.

As for the experience itself, each person had their own journey. From my side, it brought me a great deal of clarity and a fresh perspective. This experience taught me a lot about myself, and I would definitely do it again.

The experience offered is really exceptional. The combination of the psilocybin with pre and post holistic Breathwork sessions is very powerful. The small number of participants gives enough power to the group work and allows closer contact within the group. The other aspects of the retreat - cacao ceremony, micro-dosing, confidence building and letting go sessions, ice bath - are a consistent wrap-around the core experience. The people are super professional and caring. All-in-all it can be life-changing.

I absolutely loved everything about this weekend! It was an amazing experience, that felt like a once-in-a-lifetime-weekend. It was my first experience with truffels (or any psychedelics for that matter) and being somewhat of anxious person, I did a lot of research on the subject of mushrooms but still went in being a little worried of what was about to come. The pre-call with Femke helped tremendously and ever since arriving, I felt absolutely safe and held by Femke and her partner (both seemed to be very experienced and knowledgable in what they were doing), which allowed me to fully embrace the experience. It was absolutely amazing and I was able to get some very helpful insights about myself and life in general. Can highly recomend! And omg, the music - I still listen to it all the time, to remember the weekend :).
