Join us at Retreat Ranch on Saturday, December 6th from 4–8pm for a festive evening of holiday cheer, creativity, and community!

Exclusive for Alumni:Alumni of our programs have the option to extend the celebration with a special overnight stay at Retreat Ranch following the bazaar. Wake up surrounded by the peaceful beauty of the ranch and carry the festive spirit into the next day. Your Holiday Craft Bazaar ticket is included in the cost of your overnight stay.

Our Holiday Craft Bazaar brings together local vendors offering unique, handmade gifts perfect for your holiday shopping. In addition to browsing the booths, guests will enjoy holiday cocktails and mocktails, gourmet charcuterie boards, and hands-on creative fun.

Every attendee will get to pour their own holiday-scented soy candle to take home, and there will also be opportunities to play with clay and observe the pottery wheel* in our new ceramics space. Gather your friends, sip something festive, shop for meaningful gifts, and leave with a handmade candle-and maybe even a new holiday tradition.

Instruction led candle making classes will be every hour on the hour. Ceramics play will start every hour on the hour.

*Ceramics/clay: Spots for wheel-throwing are very limited, so not everyone will get a turn at the wheel. However, all guests are welcome to observe and enjoy some playful hand-building with clay. Also note: ceramics/clay is just for fun and exploration- there won’t be completed ceramic/clay pieces to take home.

Note: there are no refunds available for this event. It is transferrable to someone else or will be donated to our animal relief fund.
Important Overnight Stay Notes:

No meals will be provided other than during the Holiday Craft Bazaar event.

No additional activities are scheduled outside the bazaar.

Alumni overnight guests will have access to the hot tub, dipping pools, and sauna.

Please note there is no availability to add on extras during this stay.

Great Reset

Shanon was a great facilitator the strategies were pragmatic and enough to digest for 3 hours online. Kim's yoga and meditation were amazing and the people who attended all helped with positive energy. Makes me want to attend a physical retreat. This was the perfect reset for me in my stage of personal and professional transition.

A MUST: Mind & Body Complete Retreats

I have known Shannon Jamail, owner of Mind & Body Complete for several years. I find her to be one of the most giving, compassionate, aware, and, curious people I know. She brings that mindset to all of her retreats. I have attended several yoga retreats in the last 15 years and I continue to be pulled to Shannon's. The destinations are amazing from the desert in a tent, to a beautiful house near a vineyard to a beach house on the ocean to my own living room. Shannon partners with amazing women to create an experience focused on movement, meditation, feeding the physical body, mind, and soul, connection to the collective and some remarkable women. If you choose to allow it, this experience will inevitability create positive change in your world when you leave. I have made lifelong friendships I am forever grateful for. Thank you, Shannon and Mind & Body Complete.

Amazing time for whole body and soul wellness!!

I attended a retreat in Santa Rosa Beach FL. It was absolutely amazing!! Shannon is such a beautiful and generous soul, she ensured all of my expectations were exceeded. The beach house was beautiful, the food was out of this world amazing, the yoga and wine were perfection...and the women I met were some of the most amazing goddesses I've had the privilege to know. I highly recommend investing in your own wellness and attending one of Shannon's retreats!!

If you are considering joining Shannon for a Mind & Body Complete retreat, DO IT! Let this be the "sign" you've been waiting for. You are here for a reason. You are reading this review for a reason. You are on the right path!
I wholeheartedly believe that the right people for you to connect with (including Shannon with her inspirational, REAL and generous energy) will be waiting for you at this retreat! You will have the opportunity to BOND and create powerful friendships that last far beyond the few days you'll spend together.
While there is time for connection, you'll also find time to TUNE IN.
Shannon creates a peaceful space and you'll have the opportunity to DISconnect from everyday stresses like social media, your phone, your email... etc. to the extent that you choose. Shannon's thoughtful and capable team handle all the details of your retreat so that you're able to RELAX.
Lastly, you'll find many opportunities to REPROGRAM. Shannon is a expert in her field and a thought leader. She is devoted to self development and she can help bring awareness to any thoughts or habits you're holding on to that are not serving you. It's easy to reflect and reprogram with Shannon because her work is so rooted in LOVE and she completely lacks judgement. You're accepted exactly as you are! But if you choose to seek improvement, it's there waiting for you.

An experience that will last a lifetime!

Words cannot do justice to the experience I had when attending retreats with Shannon Jamail at Mindy & Body Complete. Shannon does an amazing job creating a loving, non-judgemental environment for women to dream, plan and reach their full potential. Choosing love over fear is Shannon's mantra that she lives by. The locations are amazing from nature retreats in the desert to relaxation in wine country to blissfulness at the beach you cannot make a bad location choice.
