Seven days before the retreat – preparation
We organise a video call with the team of facilitators and all the participants to get to know each other and let you know how the retreat will work. This preparation is the key to success – you’ll get all the information you need to arrive prepared and relaxed.
Day 1 – Getting started
You made it! When you arrive at our retreat accommodation, you can take some time to settle in and find your way around, then you’ll meet the facilitators and other participants in person. Feel free to participate in the group conversation and share your experience with the others. Our team will give you all the practical information you need during the retreat.
4 p.m. – Participants arrive
5 p.m. – Introductions, discussion, and ceremony details
7 p.m. – Organic vegetarian meal
Day 2 – the ceremony
It’s the big day! Today, get ready for an intense and unique experience. This journey could be the eye-opening discovery that will lead the rest of your life. The morning is spent preparing, relaxing with yoga, and completing breathing exercises. After a quick lunch, you’ll go straight to the ceremony. In a mystical, emotional atmosphere, you’ll prepare your own psilocybin truffle tea. Our facilitators are on hand to guide participants while giving them the space to live their own experience for the five to six hours that the effects of the psilocybin last.

10 a.m. – Work on your intentions
11 a.m. – Breathing exercises
12 p.m. – Light lunch
1 p.m. – Beginning of the psilocybin ceremony
7 p.m. – Group session, discussion about the day’s psychedelic experience
8 p.m. – Organic vegetarian meal
Day 3 – group session
8 a.m. – Yoga class
9 a.m. – Breakfast
10 a.m. – Group session, discussion about the previous day’s psychedelic experience
11 a.m. – Preparation for the next group session and return to everyday life
12 p.m. – Lunch
1 p.m. – End of retreat, participants prepare their belongings to leave
Seven days after the retreat – third group session
During a video call with the facilitators, participants can take the opportunity to share their experience from returning to everyday life. One by one, if they want to, they can discuss what they learnt, their awakening, and the difficulties they faced.
After the psilocybin retreat, we recommend that participants seek regular guidance for handling their emotions: psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, sophrology, Qi Gong… We also encourage our participants to participate in social activities and resist any temptation to be alone.
