About this Retreat
With over 30 years of international experience as a CEO, coach, trainer, and facilitator, I have supported individuals, teams, and organizations in discovering and unleashing their full potential.
My accomplishments include certifying hundreds of professional coaches worldwide and working with clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to individuals dedicated to their professional growth. I’ve helped them build strategies, overcome barriers, and achieve both personal and organizational goals.
Alongside this professional journey, I’ve walked a parallel path in shamanism, sacred medicine, somatic work, channeling, and spiritual development.
Drawing from a rich toolkit of methodologies, mind maps, and embodied wisdom, I now dedicate my life to supporting those who are ready to spread their wings and soar.
Natalia is the heart and spirit of Alaya Panama. As co-founder, surfer, and dedicated teacher, she embodies the balance of strength, flow, and intuition that defines our sanctuary. An experienced energy channel and conduit of Reiki, Yoga, Breathwork, and other healing arts, Natalia creates safe, transformative spaces where guests can reconnect with themselves on the deepest levels.
Her passion lies in guiding ceremonies, rituals, retreats, and one-on-one sessions that invite people to slow down, feel what needs to be felt, and reconnect with their Higher Selves. With her nurturing presence and intuitive wisdom, Natalia helps others release old patterns, awaken their inner light, and step into greater harmony with life.
Beyond her role as a healer, Natalia is a community builder who brings together therapists, teachers, and visionaries from around the world to co-create experiences of transformation. Whether through energy healing, yoga practice, or sacred ceremony, she offers guests the gift of presence, clarity, and renewal.

Rotem Soll is a certified physiotherapist specializing in pelvic floor health and exercise physiology. With a Master’s in Public Health and Preventive Medicine, she is dedicated to helping people restore strength, balance, and confidence—whether during pregnancy, postpartum recovery, after an injury, or at any stage when additional support is needed.
In addition to her physiotherapy work, Rotem is a certified Pilates teacher, offering classes that foster mobility, body awareness, and long-term well-being.
Anita is a seasoned Olympian with over 20 years of coaching experience, and Yasmine an ISA certified surf coach, they offerprogressive, personalized surf coaching with a supportive and fun approach, dry-land training and clear progression tracking to help surfers of all levels improve with confidence.

Nestled between the jungle and ocean of Playa Venao, this all-inclusive women’s retreat is a sanctuary designed by women, for women. Led by experienced female facilitators, the program blends wellness, adventure, and sisterhood in an unforgettable 7-day journey.
Your experience begins with a night in Casco Viejo, Panama City, where you’ll stay in a 5-star boutique hotel, enjoy a curated dinner, and start connecting with your fellow retreat sisters. The next morning, a private flight will take you to Alaya, our exclusive hilltop sanctuary overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
At Alaya, each woman will have her own private luxury suite (king bed, ensuite, and private terrace), ensuring both privacy and comfort. Throughout the week, you’ll be guided through daily yoga and meditation, women’s circles, and transformational ceremonies that honor feminine wisdom and energy. You’ll also enjoy adventure experiences such as a waterfall hike and a beach picnic on pristine white sands, along with a therapeutic massage to restore balance and vitality.
Meals are freshly prepared with local, seasonal ingredients — à la carte breakfasts and lunches, followed by nourishing family-style dinners that bring everyone together around the table.
