After the transfer to the accommodation, we will have an opening information session and get acquainted. The first evening yoga session teaches you to scan your body and prepare for mindful practice. Meditation follows, helping you set an intention for the retreat, guided by your future self. During the powerful fire ceremony, you’ll burn away what no longer serves you, clearing space for new beginnings.
