About this Retreat

Details of this retreat

Some of us did everything right. We followed the map, checked the boxes, became who we were told to be and still found ourselves hollow, disconnected from something we couldn’t quite name.

That thing you’re missing? It didn’t disappear. It was buried. By generations of survival, silence, and shrinking.

Weaving the Lineage is a sacred retreat on the shores of Egypt where we go back to retrieve what was lost your creative fire, your authentic truth, the version of you that exists before fear got involved.

Over the course of this immersive experience, we will work with Acacia (Egyptian Ayahuasca), family constellation work, drum circles, and communal art-making to surface and dissolve the ancestral and generational patterns that have been quietly limiting your expression, your joy, and your sense of self.
This is for the visionaries, the creatives, the quietly unfulfilled — the ones who have been palatable for too long and are ready to come home to themselves.
What awaits you:
• Plant medicine ceremonies with Acacia
• Family constellation healing sessions
• Drum circles and creative art classes
• Sacred community and deep connection
• A stunning beachfront sanctuary in Egypt
You don’t have to keep carrying what was never yours to carry.

Come remember who you were always meant to be.

Mushy is the perfect guide for this experience.
7 months after my journey experience, my confidence in Mushy's guidance has grown even more. To keep things direct, my pre-retreat preparation was extensive by online video call and a some suggested homework/prep work. I felt totally prepared, with little to no fear. Mushy went through the steps she takes to prepare herself to hold space for me, explained everything as she went along, so that my feeling of safety was strong. During the journey, odd things came up (some very odd), but she came and sat with me for assurance. There was absolutely no judegment. The medicine did it's job, as did Mushy, and I have been able to decode what my conscience was revealing, but it has taken many months.

Do not hesitate to consult and utilize Mushy for this experience. I will do it again with her when the need is there. Providing a safe and compasionate understanding are her best qualities, which I suspect she displays in all parts of her life.

A unexpected Journey
I sign up to the plant medicine retreat because my friend asked to go with her, without knowing what to expect. The journey was like any other, but I can say it was the most profound experience of my life.
The retreat was held in a lush, secluded jungle setting an environment that felt safe, sacred, and deeply connected to nature, since aI was born and grow up in Mexico I felt home. The natural surroundings were not only beautiful, but also essential for grounding. The staff had clearly put a lot of thought into creating a container that honored the traditions and medicines being shared.
Back home we worked on integration and has help me throughly
All I can say is I’m grateful and honored knowing the amazing facilitators
Thank you Michelle Lee
