Before stepping into her role as facilitator, Lili lived many lives. She moved through the worlds of ballet, contemporary painting, and fashion design, and traveled the world. She had always been driven by a restless curiosity about beauty, expression, and what it means to be fully alive. It was this same hunger for depth that eventually led her inward, toward a path of conscious facilitation that would become her life's most meaningful work.
Her journey inward was shaped by deep personal healing, unresolved childhood trauma, and a near-death experience that permanently altered her understanding of life and inner transformation. Her path was not theoretical — it was personal, and deeply human.
For over two decades, Lili has worked with psychedelics, living for extended periods in remote regions of Asia and South America, immersing herself in both the science and healing traditions of psychedelic practices. These years were about learning through experience, humility, and deep inner work.
Alongside her personal journey, Lili has extensive training in psychedelic-assisted facilitation, NLP, and hypnotherapy, and holds meditation and inner exploration spaces with a grounded, trauma-aware presence. Over time she has developed her own unique style of energy-based work — blending intuition, embodiment, and structured integration.
She is actively involved in every stage of the retreat process ensuring that each person feels held, supported, and guided throughout their entire journey.
Her way of being is calm, compassionate, and rooted in shared humanity rather than hierarchy. She does not walk ahead of others — she walks beside them, holding space as they remember who they are beneath fear, conditioning, and survival.
Her work flows from one simple truth: people are not broken. They do not need to be fixed. They need a safe space to awaken to themselves with awareness, honesty, and compassion.
