10:00 - 11:30 - Integration session Set & Setting — The Foundation of the Journey
Before the journey, we take time to prepare you mentally, emotionally, and practically. This includes clear guidance, education, and open communication about what the experience involves, how it works, and what to expect — both internally and externally.
You are not invited into the unknown blindly. You are supported through understanding.
We share clear information about:
• The nature of non-ordinary states of consciousness
• The psychological and emotional processes that may arise
• The role of the nervous system and the body
• How perception, awareness, and inner experience can shift
• The difference between expectation and lived experience
• How inner journeys can express through emotions, thoughts, memories, insights, or stillness
• The importance of integration and grounding after the experience
This preparation includes both scientific understanding and human experience.
We explain the psychological, neurological, and emotional dimensions of inner states in simple, accessible language — so the experience is not mysticalized or romanticized, but understood in a grounded and responsible way. At the same time, we honor the personal, symbolic, and spiritual layers that may naturally arise for each individual.
The Ceremonies
Your journey begins with a meditation, allowing the body and mind to settle into calm, presence, and openness. No experience is required. You are free to sit, rest, or lie down in whatever way feels natural and comfortable for you. There is nothing to achieve and nothing to perform — only space to arrive.
The ceremonial space is held with care, intention, and gentleness. Sound, music, and atmosphere support the inner process in a grounded and nurturing way, creating a safe environment for reflection, awareness, and presence. Support is always available, and you are free to move, rest, step outside, or change spaces whenever needed.
Experiences unfold naturally and may include stillness, emotional release, insight, deep reflection, and moments of inner connection. Personal boundaries, free will, and individual rhythms are always honored. The space remains calm, safe, and supportive, allowing each person to move through their experience in their own way.
The Following Day:
The next morning begins slowly and softly, with a light, nourishing breakfast and space for reflection. There is time to share, process, and integrate what you’ve experienced, with gentle guidance and support to help you make sense of your inner journey.
Later, the day flows into a guided session focused on emotional awareness, self-connection, and integration. This space is held with care, safety, and respect, offering an opportunity to explore inner patterns, emotions, and relationships in a grounded and supportive way. Personal boundaries, free will, and individual rhythms are always respected. The atmosphere is calm, safe, and supportive, creating a space where you can simply be yourself.
After the deeper inner work, the focus naturally moves into integration — learning how to bring what you’ve experienced back into daily life through grounded practices, self-awareness, emotional presence, and conscious relating.
Everything unfolds naturally, without force — at a pace that feels safe, human, and respectful of each person’s process. This journey is not about pushing transformation. It’s about allowing it.
