In those moments, we may embody supportive roles (like a parental figure or nurturing guide) to offer the healing experience that was once missing. This process allows deep emotional completion and integration of fragmented parts of self.

Where & How It Works
Each Private Psilocybin Therapy Session includes:
- An online preparation call to discuss your intention and ideal dosage
- A 6-hour guided session with your personal therapist or trip coach
- Emotional and physical support throughout the entire journey
- Recommendations for self-care after your session
We advise you to take the rest of the day for yourself post-session. You can optionally invite a trusted friend to be with you in the evening.
You may also choose integration sessions (online or in-person) in the days or weeks that follow, to help translate your insights into real-life change.
