About this Retreat
Alexsandra, also known as Sasha is a medicine woman devoted to emotional, physical, and spiritual healing. Rooted in Amazonian plant-medicine traditions, she carries a refined ability to see the hidden layers of trauma, energy, and memory within the body.
As an energy surgeon, she works with precision and intuition — releasing emotional blockages, restoring balance to the nervous system, and helping the body return to its natural harmony. Her work supports everything from emotional wounds to physical imbalances such as hormones, digestion, breath, and chronic tension.
As a psychedelic integration guide, she helps people understand and integrate their Ayahuasca, San Pedro, and other visionary experiences. Her guidance turns insights into grounded transformation, clarity, and long-term healing.
As a Huachuma facilitator, she channels spirit guides to help navigate each participant in their journey.
Sasha’s presence is gentle yet powerful. She offers a space where people feel safe, understood, and invited back into their truth. Her mission is to help others remember who they really are — beyond fear, beyond pain, and beyond the stories that once held them back.
A musician since the age of 12, Ana Sofía brings the healing power of sound and rhythm to create a sacred container for transformation. Her inner journey began at 19, leading her through psychological exploration, mystical traditions, and Buddhist practices. As a lifelong seeker, she has walked many paths in search of truth and understanding. Through the profound teachings of plant medicine and integration work, she’s been transitioning from seeker to finder—embodying the wisdom she has gathered and now sharing it with others.
With over 7 years of experience in meditation practice, Ana Sofía will guide you with meditative techniques to prepare your mind for this experience.
Details of this retreat
Some shifts require more than a single ceremony. They require space—time to be held, time to rest, time to let what has opened begin to settle into your bones.
This 4-day retreat at AyaCenter in Antigua Guatemala offers exactly that: two San Pedro Huachuma ceremonies woven together with integration workshops, meditation, nature immersion, and the gentle guidance of an experienced team. Each ceremony builds on the one before, creating a progressive arc of opening and transformation that continues even after you return home.
Father San Pedro, the ancient grandfather cactus of the Andes, works through the heart. Unlike experiences that pull you inward through darkness, Huachuma expands you outward—into beauty, into clarity, into a felt sense of your own wholeness. Ceremonies happen in daylight and in nature. You remain lucid and present, able to walk, explore, and begin integrating insights in real time.
Extended time in ceremony, thorough integration work, individual healing sessions, and the warmth of a small, intentional community—this is what makes lasting transformation possible.
