There are two meals served per day inside the Dark Retreat. As you are spending almost the entire time in meditation and sitting or practicing yoga, you don´t spend too much energy and almost everyone

Book your flight to La Aurora City (GUA) in Guatemala City, Guatemala. Once you reach the airport, the easiest way to reach us would be by private taxi, which can take you straight here. Or by a public shuttle, which can drop you off in our town, San Pablo La Laguna, where you will take a tuk tuk. The travel time can between 3 to 4 hour, depending on the time and the level of traffic. Contact us before your trip so we can organize everything together so you don't have to think about anything and already focus on your retreat.
