Alexsandra, also known as Sasha is a medicine woman devoted to emotional, physical, and spiritual healing. Rooted in Amazonian plant-medicine traditions, she carries a refined ability to see the hidden layers of trauma, energy, and memory within the body. As an energy surgeon and medicine woman, she works with precision and intuition — releasing emotional blockages, restoring balance to the nervous system, and helping the body return to its natural harmony. Her work supports everything from emotional wounds to physical imbalances such as hormones, digestion, breath, and chronic tension. As a psychedelic integration guide, she helps people understand and integrate their Ayahuasca, San Pedro, and other visionary experiences. Her guidance turns insights into grounded transformation, clarity, and long-term healing. As a Huachuma facilitator, she channels spirit guides to help navigate each participant in their journey. Sasha’s presence is gentle yet powerful. She offers a space where people feel safe, understood, and invited back into their truth. Her mission is to help others remember who they really are — beyond fear, beyond pain, and beyond the stories that once held them back.

Ana Sofía

A musician since the age of 12, Ana Sofía brings the healing power of sound and rhythm to create a sacred container for transformation. Her inner journey began at 19, leading her through psychological exploration, mystical traditions, and Buddhist practices. As a lifelong seeker, she has walked many paths in search of truth and understanding. Through the profound teachings of plant medicine and integration work, she’s been transitioning from seeker to finder—embodying the wisdom she has gathered and now sharing it with others. With over 7 years of experience in meditation practice, Ana Sofía will guide you with meditative techniques to prepare your mind for this experience.

A short retreat with real depth, held in a small circle.

Three days is enough to name what you came to change, sit with Mother Ayahuasca twice, and leave with a clear next step. In the highlands above colonial Antigua, we keep the group to six at most, so you are known by name and given the attention you need before, during and after ceremony.

WHO WILL HOLD YOU
Sasha leads the ceremonies in the Shipibo tradition, having received transmission from Shipibo Maestros Carlos and Camila. The Shipibo are renowned Amazonian healers, known for the intricate patterns that mirror the visions received in ceremony.

You name what you came to change, the ceremonies show you what is underneath it, and integration helps you turn what you saw into decisions, so you leave knowing your next steps. We welcome people who are committed to their healing and ready to put down what no longer serves them.

YOUR SAFETY COMES FIRST
Plant medicines are not right for everyone. Ayahuasca in particular can interact seriously with certain medications, including antidepressants, and with some heart and mental health conditions. Every guest completes a health and medication form, followed by a video call where we go through it together and answer any questions you have. If the medicine isn’t safe for you right now, we will tell you honestly and help you decide on next steps.

Directions

From Guatemala City's La Aurora International Airport, you will head to Antigua Guatemala, located between 45 minutes-2.5 hours (depending on traffic) away from the City.

From downtown Antigua you may get an Uber or taxi to San Pedro El Alto, going through a private gate. This ride is approximately 15 minutes.

AyaCenter is located 15 minutes from downtown Antigua Guatemala. It's in a quiet, green and gated community, in the town of San Pedro Las Huertas. It accommodates up to 8 people including staff and maestros. This allows us to pay special attention to each case individually. The place has a ceremonial room, a fireplace, sauna, garden, shared spaces and rooms.
