About this Retreat
Your Guides
Gabriela is a certified, multilingual Yoga Instructor with many years teaching experience. Her specialization is in Hatha with a deep knowledge of meditation and breathing techniques. Gabi enjoys providing a Yoga practice that is customized to individual students’ needs and skill levels, and incorporates a mix of wellness practices: yoga, meditation, breathing techniques, and mindfulness. Additional experience and extensive education in traditional Thai Massage technique and Internal Alchemy of Qi Gong.
