About this Retreat
Was born in Cuenca, Ecuador and at an early age his qualities of perception of spirits and energies were awakened, Since he was 20 years old, he began helping Taitas in ceremonies, and some time later he began to perform his own ceremonies. He first learned to work with Huachuma from Taitas of the Andes. After this he was introduced to Mama Wilka by a shaman from the North of Bolivia, and was initiated in this almost-lost Inkan tradition. He learned to work with Ayahusaca from several respected Shuar Ubishines (curanderos) in the jungle of Gualaquiza.
Mukipal has a unique ability of being able to feel the pains of other people, just upon meeting them. This helps him to give excellent cleansings, which can take away physical, mental and spiritual pains and illnesses.

29 Years of Experience Working with Sacred Medicine
I have 29 years of experience working with sacred plant medicines, and my personal journey into the sacred began long before I formally met these teachings. I am an only child and tragically lost my father on the very day I was born. He was traveling from Quito to Cuenca for my birth when his plane crashed on Chimborazo, and we never had the chance to meet.
This profound loss deeply shaped my childhood and youth. I experienced firsthand the emotional, physical, and social challenges of addiction. It wasn’t until a close friend invited me to a San Pedro ceremony that my life truly shifted. That experience captivated my interest in the world of spirits and plant medicine. I can say with joy and certainty that these sacred plants saved my life.
Now, at this stage of my life, seeing how many people I know have benefited from healing and overcoming addiction, I have decided to create a program designed to bring light and clarity to those living in the darkness and shadows of pain, solitude, and addiction. This program also honors the pain of the families affected by addiction, recognizing that true healing is different from what AA or NA programs offer. Here, the soul’s pain is addressed, forgiveness is cultivated, and true inner healing occurs.
During this three-month program, participants will engage in:
Different plant medicine dietas with Tobacco, Ayahuasca, San Pedro, and Huilca
Various rituals and sacred cleansings
Baths in sacred natural locations
Three ceremonies per week
Healthy, nourishing meals
Comfortable accommodations
This program is a path to discovering happiness, the rainbow of colors within ourselves, and true self-love—or learning to accept and love ourselves in ways we never have before. It is a journey back to peace, freedom, and joy.
