Clarify your retreat intentions with the Gratitude Blooming oracle deck (included in your toolkit).
Join an experiential guided walk of the powerful energy spots on the land.
Use the self-guided journaling tools and connect with the land to support your intentions.
Rest, daydream on a hammock, plunge and sunbathe by the flowing creek.
Book your wellness sessions to help you sink deeper into restorative rest.
Practice embodying and living your intentions while you’re here by consciously choosing how you want to spend your time and energy.
Day Three: Journey to the Sacred Sites
Deepen your connection to the land by meditating on Hestia’s energy spots or exploring the area listed on our welcome guide.
Book add-on guided experiences with our community hosts or with our recommended Shasta tour operators.
Experience an evening session of either yin yoga, yoga nidra, or a sound bath to help your nervous system unwind and relax.
Day Four: Give Gratitude & Prepare to Transition
Visit the spots that you felt a special connection to on the land and give gratitude before you leave!
Create a mantra/visual reminder to facilitate a smooth transition back.
