Directions
Our sanctuary is just a 5-hour drive from Portland, Oregon and San Francisco, California. We are just 1.5 hours ways from two airports, Redding, CA (RDD) and Medford, OR (MFR) and easily accessible by train and bus.
Our sanctuary on the Big Island is located in a rural area 45-minutes by car from the Kona airport on the western coast of Big Island, Hawaii (the Hilo airport on the eastern coast is a two-hour drive from us)
Local buses and taxis are less frequent and need to be arranged ahead of your arrival.
We recommend that you rent a car through a rental car company at the airport or book a car through Turo.
Mission & Vision
Hestia is a healing retreat center with locations near the sacred Mount Shasta in Northern California and on the Big Island of Hawaii. We offer a beautifully intimate and well-designed space for groups of up to 30 people to gather, rejuvenate, and celebrate. In these times of great political, environmental, and economic instability, humankind is being tested to evolve. Hestia is where we can listen to Mother Earth for clues to navigate our way forward. We are a spiritual playground for practicing new ways of being, living, working and communing— starting with a reverent relationship with sacred land.
