About this Retreat
Ariel Kiley is a certified Yoga Therapist (IAYT) and Somatic Experiencing® (SE) trauma resolution Practitioner with over a decade of experience guiding thousands of students through yoga and therapeutic practices in New York City and Los Angeles.
As a published author, Transformational Life Coach, and creator of the Lady Quest Podcast, Ariel also helps individuals follow their deep sense of purpose.
Ariel has designed specialized programming and led teacher trainings in therapeutic yoga, trauma-informed approaches, and fitness therapy for organizations including Equinox Fitness, Tune Up Fitness, Dou Yoga, and Prema Yoga. She also created and starred in the Yoga Fundamentals program for Daily Burn. Furthermore, Ariel has educated on techniques and methods for stress reduction and mindfulness for Harvard Med Students, and at Yale University.
Throughout all her work, Ariel remains dedicated to her core mission: awakening students to the extraordinary potential of embodied wisdom, while generating ever-deepening trust in the guidance from within.
