8 Day Women's Healing Retreat in Peru

Hello My love! I'm Sydney, I will be your guide during this incredible week together, holding space for you to awaken your power as a woman and reconnect with the divine essence within. About five years ago, I reached a breaking point—burnt out from the relentless hustle of being an actress and comedian in Chicago. Juggling multiple jobs, endless auditions, and big projects, I found myself thinking, There has to be more than this. That realization led me to the Amazon of Peru, where I sat in dieta with Shipibo maestros, working with Ayahuasca. Little did I know, this experience would become the catalyst for the most expansive and liberating era of my life. I returned from the jungle transformed, with an undeniable knowing that my true purpose was to live, grow, and heal in deep connection with Mother Earth. So, I took the greatest leap of my life—I quit my jobs, left my agency and podcast, sold all my belongings, ended my relationship, and moved to a new country with no plan, only trust. Since then, my path has been one of devotion—learning, training, and immersing in the sacred medicines of the Earth, specifically with Rose and Huachuma. I have received extensive training in Shamanic Reiki, Sacred Feminine Alchemy within the lineage of the Rose, Trauma-Informed Breathwork facilitation, Akashic Records and Plant Medicine Integration. My initiation with the spirit of Rose deepened through a powerful dieta—about 3 weeks full of solitude, fasting, and communion with her essence. This journey awakened my Queendom, strengthened my boundaries, deepened my connection with goddesses like Quan Yin & Mary Magdalene, and helped me heal ancestral wounds and childhood traumas and allowed me to step into my power in a way I could of never imagined. In the end, Rose extended an invitation—to devote my path to her teachings and guide women in awakening through her essence. I humbly accepted, and since then, my work has been in full service to her wisdom. Now, I reside in the Sacred Valley of Peru, a land of profound transformation. Surrounded by the Apus—mountains that serve as portals to the heavens—I have undergone my own deep rebirth. It is here that this retreat was birthed, woven in prayer and ceremony from the depths of my heart. Every detail has been intentionally curated to create a safe and loving space where all aspects of your feminine are welcome.
