Each day begins with a serene morning meditation, followed by an all-levels yoga flow session designed to awaken and energize your body. A nourishing breakfast awaits, offering protein-rich, anti-inflammatory options to fuel your day.

The Awaken & Align Wellness Retreat is scheduled from May 2 to May 9, 2025, at the Eldorado Resort in Kelowna, British Columbia. Participants are encouraged to arrive on Friday, May 2, 2025, between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM for check-in and to settle into their accommodations. The retreat officially begins with a Welcome Dinner at 6:30 PM, followed by an Opening Ceremony at 8:30 PM, setting the tone for the transformative week ahead.​

Daily Schedule Overview (May 3–8, 2025):

Morning Rituals:

7:30 AM – 8:00 AM: Guided meditation and intention-setting sessions to start the day with mindfulness.​
8:15 AM – 9:15 AM: All-levels yoga flow to awaken and energize the body.​
9:30 AM – 10:30 AM: Nourishing breakfast featuring protein-rich, anti-inflammatory, and gut-supportive options.​
Late Morning Activities (10:45 AM – 12:15 PM):

A variety of movement and nature-based activities are scheduled, including kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, guided nature walks, and Pilates. These activities are designed to promote physical well-being and a deep connection with nature.​
Afternoon Wellness & Learning:

12:30 PM – 1:30 PM: Seasonal, nutrient-dense lunch.​
1:30 PM – 3:30 PM: Free time allocated for personalized wellness treatments, such as massage therapy, infrared sauna sessions, or personal reflection and journaling.​
3:45 PM – 4:45 PM: Educational workshops led by Dr. Michaela Watts and Christina Michael, focusing on holistic health practices.​
Evening Rituals & Ceremonies:

5:00 PM – 6:30 PM: Balanced and grounding dinners prepared with anti-inflammatory herbs and spices.​
7:00 PM – 8:00 PM: Evening activities vary each night, including fire ceremonies, sound healing journeys, indigenous teachings, guided journaling, and a closing ceremony.​
Flexibility and Personalization:

Conclusion of the Retreat:

The retreat concludes on Thursday May 8, 2025, with a Closing Ceremony scheduled from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is on Friday, May 9th by 11am, allowing participants a leisurely morning to pack and depart at their convenience.​
